Tobago Branch Office
The Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, The Honorable Orville London, unveiled the commemorative plaque to herald the opening of RHAND's Tobago Branch on Saturday 5th, July 2002.
The Branch Office officially opened for business on Monday 5th August 2002. Located at Bacolet Street, in Scarborough, the Branch offers full services to all members of RHAND and boasts of office facilities on the top floor with a Cyber Cafe and a Seminar facility on the ground floor. The Terrace, which features a gazebo, is used for outdoor membership functions.
